What rights do I have to delete incorrect information on my credit report?
Under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) you have the right to be told if
information in your file has been used against you. You have the right to dispute
inaccurate information and request that it be corrected or deleted. Incorrect information must be corrected within 30 days of your request.
